LADIES CAN TECH Event is a well-structured female tech conference in the city of Port Harcourt designed to Educate, designed to educate, expose, encourage and empower ladies to start and grow their careers in tech.
This event is a yearly event that’s aimed at seeing more women participate in the tech ecosystem. Ladies who attend get to be exposed on:
- How to get started in tech
- How to find a co-founder
- How to monetize their tech skills
- How to network for growth
- How to get mentorship
- How to raise funds
- How to build a team and
- More about the business of tech.
The event has recorded some successful impact on the lives of certain women in tech in the city of Port Harcourt. Its first edition which was held on the 26th of June, 2021 recorded more than 400+ ladies in attendance.
This year, the event is scheduled to hold on the 25th of June, 2022 with its intentionality of getting more women-in-tech.
HARVOXX TECH HUB, one of the biggest tech hubs in the tech ecosystem of Port Harcourt as the sponsor of this awesome initiative is unsurprising as they are the organizers of the largest tech meet-up gathering in Niger Delta, “TECHUP PORT HARCOURT”.
